Right of Withdrawal

At FlowPad, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you change your mind after placing an order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

Returning Your Order

If your order has already been delivered and you decide that you no longer wish to keep it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The product is returned with its original packaging.
• The item is free from damage caused after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
